Tuesday’s Promise — Rise Up & Remember 25 Challenge

Tuesday’s Promise supports families and first responders still living with the aftermath of September 11, 2001. Founded after that day, the organization helps people navigating grief, trauma, and resilience — including 9/11 families, responders, and military families affected by loss in the years since.

A new generation is growing up with no memory of that morning. They did not see the sky change. They did not watch the first responders run toward the towers. If we do not tell the story, 9/11 becomes a date on a calendar instead of a living duty: remember the people who were lost, honor the ones who served, and refuse to let the day fade.

Never forgetting is not only a phrase. It is teaching children and young adults what happened, why it still matters, and how the families and first responders are still carrying it 25 years later. That is why this page exists. Memory has to be passed on, or it ends with the people who lived it.
