American Coin Works is an assumed name (DBA) of CR Proctor Investor LLC, a Texas limited liability company. In these terms, “American Coin Works,” “ACW,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean CR Proctor Investor LLC doing business as American Coin Works. American Coin Works is a veteran-owned business focused on patriotic digital content, community projects, merchandise offered through its Shopify store, and cryptocurrency-related projects, including HERO250.
American Coin Works is an independent private business. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United States Government, Department of Defense, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, or any other government agency.
Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but information may change without notice. This is especially true of digital-asset prices, token availability, third-party platforms, and external links. We do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.
Cryptocurrency and digital assets
Digital assets are speculative and may lose substantial value. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No statement by ACW guarantees future token value, profitability, liquidity, trading volume, exchange availability, or return. Purchasing HERO250 or another ACW-associated token does not, by itself, provide stock, a membership interest, voting rights, profit-sharing rights, or an ownership claim in CR Proctor Investor LLC. Review the Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure before any digital-asset transaction.
Official token information
Use only token contract addresses and purchase links published through AmericanCoinWorks.com or other official ACW channels, and independently compare the full contract address before transacting. Names, tickers, and logos can be copied. ACW cannot reverse blockchain transactions or recover assets sent to an incorrect address or counterfeit token.
Merchandise and Shopify store
American Coin Works merchandise is sold through our Shopify store, not directly on AmericanCoinWorks.com. When you follow a shop link, the merchandise purchase is completed in the Shopify store. The terms, shipping information, and return and refund policies displayed in that store govern merchandise orders, subject to applicable law.
Third-party services
This website may link to wallets, exchanges, blockchain explorers, social-media platforms, our Shopify store, and other third-party services. We do not control their availability, security, fees, content, or policies. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, original ACW branding, graphics, designs, written content, videos, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to CR Proctor Investor LLC d/b/a American Coin Works. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACW is not liable for losses arising from digital-asset price changes, trading, blockchain transactions, wallet errors, third-party services, counterfeit tokens, scams, website interruptions, or reliance on website information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
